Wound Care

Wound care is an important part of home health service to reduce the possibility of possible infection and further complication.  Many of the patients that we serve are recovering from surgeries, are diabetics with wound issues, are elderly and are plagued with poor circulation, or they have fallen and created wounds from trauma that heal poorly and slowly.

Life Care at Home agencies have access to a Wound Care Certified or Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses who gather a total picture of what will best suit each patient and each wound.  We have standardized the wound protocols by partnering with wound care industry leaders.  We have found this leads to positive patient outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
